Organic Bialys
A bialy is referred to as the bagel’s cousin. They are a soft and fluffy with a mixture of sautéed onions and poppy seeds pressed into the middle. They make a perfect platform for a sandwich. When toasted they become crispy and give you a wonderful crunchy yet very light treat.
